Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Manage HRIS data integrity and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement training programs for professional development
- Oversee benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Prepare HR analytics reports for leadership decision-making
- Support payroll coordination and timekeeping systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR coordination experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday/BambooHR experience)
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee labor laws and compliance
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee information
- Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting
