Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and IT setup; coordinate exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system (e.g., Workday), ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the HR Manager with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies; document and resolve minor workplace issues.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with open enrollment periods, process benefit enrollments, and respond to questions regarding health insurance and other perks.

Qualifications
