Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration
- Lead cross-functional sprints on human augmentation and neuro-interfaces
- Develop predictive models for climate-tech and sustainable energy systems
- Partner with C-suite to translate future trends into product roadmaps
- Present findings at global forums like Davos and Web Summit
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio
- Mentor 'Future Think Tank' team of PhD researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/AI journals on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in predictive modeling (Monte Carlo, Bayesian networks)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and AGI frameworks
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (global collaboration)
- Certification in Systems Thinking (MIT Sloan preferred)
