Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain network security standards
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS application deployments
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for internal knowledge base
- Provide Tier 1 support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps pipeline improvements
- Conduct periodic system audits and performance optimization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
