Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Analyze global megatrends (climate, demographics, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities organization-wide
- Author white papers on emerging technologies and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of C-suite presentations and stakeholder influence
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, biotech ethics, or quantum computing
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Strong network with futurist communities and global research institutions
