Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical system integration projects
- Develop error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate on quantum-resistant cryptography standards for 2026 deployment
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Tech Summit
- Mentor PhD fellows in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Strong Python/C++ programming with parallel computing experience
- Understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts to experimental prototypes
