As a key member of our IT department, you'll provide essential technical support to our clients while gaining hands-on experience in network administration, system troubleshooting, and cybersecurity best practices. Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security patches
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment maintenance
