Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure remains operational.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT Service Desk system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software updates and security patches.
- Conduct regular user training sessions on new software tools and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operating systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte office.
