Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify top talent for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing tools.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
