Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential talent for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine recruitment strategies.
- Prepare offer letters and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or HR is a plus).
