Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and Product Managers.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and market positioning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
