What You Will Do:
- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and engage top talent.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Pipeline Building: Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future open positions.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for technical roles (Software, Engineering, IT).
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track candidate progress and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) daily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Interest in technology and a desire to learn the recruitment process.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
