Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with new employee onboarding including document preparation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement programs and policy updates
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping data verification
- Manage HRIS data entry and system maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
