As a vital member of our support team, you will assist clients with technical inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience during our critical weekend operations. Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer tickets and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for our diverse client base.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and system updates accurately in our CRM.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot complex escalations and share knowledge.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) by meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate fully in paid training modules to master company products and support protocols.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and contribute to team efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and succeed in a structured training environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
