Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal users in a timely manner.
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct routine system updates and security patching.
- Support the IT Manager in maintaining network infrastructure and hardware inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure 99.9% system uptime for the organization.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required.
