Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and in-person
- Manage and maintain Windows/MacOS environments and peripheral devices
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain service ticket systems
- Support office automation and cloud-based applications (Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Train employees on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows/MacOS operating systems
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
