Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage customer accounts and resolve technical inquiries efficiently during night hours.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations across the Jacksonville and Georgia regions.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of internal IT systems and networks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to learn and obtain relevant IT certifications during training.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
