Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies rapidly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and internet connectivity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
