Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with high accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and routine banking needs.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and security procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and daily cash counts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior banking experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
