Responsibilities
- Execute daily teller transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues efficiently.
- Assist in promoting bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve branch sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and balanced cash drawers and reconcile daily reports in compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a welcoming and organized banking environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior banking experience is a strong plus but not mandatory for our trainee program.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and with a high degree of integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer-centric interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
