Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the teller line and cash drawer balancing.
- Introduce and sell bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Operate the cash recycler and other banking software systems with precision.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to ensure a smooth branch operation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to count cash quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as a condition of employment.
