Responsibilities
- Perform daily teller duties including cash handling, check processing, and balancing the drawer with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build long-term relationships.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, savings accounts, and investment products.
- Process loan payments and maintain accurate transaction records in our core banking software.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking or customer service experience is a significant plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are required.
