Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and financial guidance.
- Perform daily cash balancing and teller drawer reconciliations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
