Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients at the teller window.
- Assist in the opening and closing of accounts and explaining bank products to customers.
- Ensure the accuracy of the cash drawer and balance daily reports.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products such as CDs and credit cards.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maintain a welcoming and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic banking software.
