Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Assist in the opening and closing of new accounts under supervision.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transaction records to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Learn and adhere to all bank security and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Previous banking or customer service experience is preferred but not required for Trainees.
