Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming, professional banking experience.
- Process daily transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Handle cash and check handling with strict adherence to security and audit protocols.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account issues efficiently and courteously.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional).
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
