Responsibilities
- Perform routine financial transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Open new accounts and assist in the sales of our suite of banking products and services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining the branch's security standards and compliance with all banking regulations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances and products.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash with high precision.
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A valid driver's license and good standing driving record.
