What You Will Do
As a Bank Teller Trainee, you will be the face of First Horizon Financial. Your primary role will be to assist customers with their daily banking needs while ensuring accuracy and security at all times.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and identifying their financial needs.
- Open new accounts and explain products and services clearly to clients.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily settlements.
- Assist in the daily operations of the branch, including vault management and ATM restocking.
- Follow all security protocols and compliance regulations to prevent fraud and errors.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for trainees.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
