Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to meet and exceed branch targets.
- Handle cash drawers with extreme accuracy and balance cash reports at the end of each shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services to clients.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or prior banking experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (banking equipment bags).
- Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
