Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate financial records and daily reports.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash handling with integrity.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
