What You Will Do:
As a Trainee, you will shadow senior staff and gradually take on responsibilities, including:
- Greeting customers warmly and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers accurately.
- Managing cash drawers with the highest level of accuracy and responsibility.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities to introduce our suite of financial products.
- Resolving customer inquiries and providing exceptional service solutions.
- Learning and operating our core banking software and systems.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
