Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and financial advice.
- Open new accounts and explain bank products and services to potential clients.
- Assist in maintaining the security and organization of the teller line and lobby areas.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products to meet customer needs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not required for Trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screen.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and eager to learn.
