Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, check cashing, and account deposits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving account inquiries.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile terminal transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
- Learn and comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Basic math and computer proficiency (typing and navigating software).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle cash with high attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
