Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Handle cash and check transactions with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and services, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Assist in maintaining branch security protocols and safeguarding bank assets.
- Operate standard bank equipment, such as ATMs, check scanners, and vaults.
- Perform daily balancing of cash drawers and submit accurate reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong math skills with the ability to count money and make change rapidly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for trainees.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer usage and data entry.
- Must pass a background check and a credit check.
