Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Learn and operate banking software and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for products and services that meet customer needs.
- Assist in maintaining branch cleanliness and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or banking experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills with a high level of accuracy in cash handling.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as part of the hiring process.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
