Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide superior service during all transactions and inquiries.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Cross-Selling: Proactively identify customer needs and introduce relevant financial products and services.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch manager and teller team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily cash drawers and reconciliation reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior banking experience required; training provided. Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and excellent computer literacy.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
