Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and mobile devices.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technologies and security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
