Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations, printers, and mobile devices for new employees.
- Manage and respond to IT helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining a secure IT environment.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technologies and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
