Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for network connectivity, security protocols, and cloud services
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Assist with system deployments, updates, and patch management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Deliver user training on cybersecurity best practices and software applications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and documentation practices
