Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems in enterprise environments
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and security protocols
- Document IT processes and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Support office IT operations including AV equipment and mobile devices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Basic understanding of Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional site visits
