Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS systems and peripheral devices
- Assist users with cloud applications (O365, Google Workspace) and troubleshooting
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory records
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security patches
- Support basic network administration tasks including switch/router configuration
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and patience
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (willing to train candidates without)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid Kansas driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Must pass background check and drug screening
