Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues via remote and onsite assistance
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with hardware deployments, upgrades, and maintenance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Monitor system health and perform proactive maintenance
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT support or internship experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours when needed
