Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and incident response
- Deliver user training on new systems and best practices
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Authorized to work in the United States
