Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to 100+ employees via tickets, calls, and in-person assistance
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Participate in IT security initiatives including patch management and compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of internship/volunteer IT support or help desk experience
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security principles
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in varied office environments
