Responsibilities

- Manage and track IT inventory and ensure accurate asset tagging.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software updates and security patches.
- Conduct basic user training on new systems and software applications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) upon hiring.
