Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of company hardware and operating systems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Perform routine system backups and security patch management.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve IT service delivery and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent technical certification).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and basic Linux commands.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and networking basics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
