Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our ticketing system.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain a robust knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to deploy new software updates and security patches.
- Conduct basic network connectivity checks and hardware diagnostics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites if required.
