Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing database.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve departmental processes and service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work occasional on-site visits.
