Responsibilities
- Manage the Onboarding Process: Coordinate the full-cycle onboarding for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, equipment, and training materials are prepared and distributed efficiently.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews for open positions within the organization.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and general HR questions, maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
- Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate employee records, organize HR files (both physical and digital), and assist with payroll preparation and data entry.
- Training & Development: Support the planning and execution of employee training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Policy Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and company policies to ensure the organization remains compliant and fosters a safe workplace.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; strong interest in HR and talent acquisition.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity: High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
