- Facilitate communication between management and staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.
- Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare compliance documentation and generate weekly/monthly HR reports.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be willing to participate in our paid training curriculum.
